Sarqit directly translated denotes "a means of wandering"; now that is just a beautiful idea. We are all wonderers, who need a "means to wander". As we travel upon this golbe we are given the privliage to gather. We gather around us people we trust: friends and more importantly family. We gather treasured belongings that remind us of good times pasted and others that remind us of bright futures ahead. We gather knowledge which betters our life and enriches our days. As we wander we all have the need of a means to Eat, Sleep, Move, and Do. We, together, are united in this. Ever since the beginning. Sarqit Outdoor Living School is here to teach. To teach a means of wandering.
A Means of Wandering
wander: verb walk or move in a leisurely or casual way, wending with gentle twists and turns in a particular direction.
wend: verb go in a specified direction, typically slowly or by an indirect route
To wander one need the means to Move, Eat, Sleep, and Do.
Move (is including personal clothes, gear, and carrying devise)
Eat (Food: prep, cook, and consumption and cooking supplies)
Sleep (shelters, sleeping rolls, )
Do (Craft, hobby, production, For every man, or woman, needs a responsibility. They need a way to contribute. Otherwise they fell ostracized and worthless.)
